Are there any additional costs associated with using the RT7?

No! When you purchase the RT7, you gain full access to all award-winning basic features essential for optimal fishing use!

Advanced features can be easily added at any time if needed. This means you only pay for special functions as long as you truly need them.

Can I add Advanced and Premium Features as needed?

To ensure a simple, secure, and quick process for adding or removing features, they can only be booked directly through our website using PayPal, so you can start right away.

What sets apart the Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime Plans?

Choose between the flexibility of our Monthly or Yearly plans or opt for the Lifetime Plan for unlimited access at no extra cost. Simply book features directly through our website using PayPal, with automatic renewal and easy cancellation options.

Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until you no longer require them.

You have the convenience of canceling the plan with just one click on our webshop or the PayPal website at any time. Even if you cancel early, activated plans will still be available in the app until the end of the booked period.

With Lifetime Features, pay once and enjoy unlimited use of the feature indefinitely.

Where can I modify or upgrade my selected features?

You can easily adjust or enhance your features directly on our website or through PayPal.

With monthly and yearly plans, you can view the remaining duration here and cancel any further extensions with just one click. Your feature will remain fully functional until the specified end date. Once it expires, you can always rebook monthly, yearly, or lifetime features as needed.

How do I activate the features after purchase and how quickly can I start using them?

After purchasing, you can unlock the features within 1-2 minutes in the app. You will receive a simple guide for easy activation and cancellation with the order confirmation.

To activate and cancel, the app needs to be connected to the internet once (via Wifi or Hotspot). Afterwards, no internet connection is required.

Can I also use or resell Feature Packages with other RT4/RT7 Baitboats?

Features are securely linked to your account for safety reasons. If you have multiple boats linked to your account, you can use the features with all of them. However, transferring them to other accounts is not technically possible.

Can existing/older App Feature Packages be reused?

Absolutely, the following packages are still usable:

- Structure Mapping Pro Upgrade | Lifetime (RAY-AP-UPG-STRMAP)

- RT7 Advanced Features | 1 Year License (12 Mon.) (RT7-FEAT-ADV-1YEAR)

- RT7 Premium Features | 1 Year License (12 Mon.) RT7-FEAT-PREM-1YEAR)

- RT7 Premium Features | 2 Year License (24 Mon.) RT7-FEAT-PREM-2YEAR)

Demo & Time-limited packages expire at the activation's respective end date.

What to do if you can't see your purchased features?

If your licenses are booked but not visible in the app, simply log out and back into your account. Once you do, the purchased licenses will show up and can be activated with a single click in the app whenever you need them.

Features that weren't purchased through the online shop won't automatically appear or unlock in the app, so please reach out to our customer service for assistance.

I can see my features, but how do I access them?

To utilize your purchased plans, you must manually activate them in the app. This allows you to book packages ahead of your sessions and activate them on the day you want to start. Simply click on the "activate" button next to your licenses displayed in the app to unlock their usage.

I am unable to confirm my log-in and the engines are not running, what should I do?

Please check the version of your app. It must be at least version 3.5.6 installed. If you have an older version of the app, please update it to ensure the continued use of your boat.

I own an RT4 V4 and am unable to access or view the Advanced Functions, what could be the reason?

Make sure to install the latest version of the app and connect your tablet to the boot to unlock the functions.

To unlock the functions on your RT4 V4, you need to first perform an app update as usual through the Play Store or directly in the app. Only by subsequently connecting your tablet to the boot/Transmittebox will you regain access to the functions that were already available beforehand.

IMPORTANT: The license runs in the background and is not listed in the licenses.

I am experiencing difficulty completing my package purchase, what could be the issue?

Please note that Feature Packages must be ordered separately from other items in the shop and paid for via Paypal. Therefore, it is not possible to combine software packages with "regular items" from the shop. Kindly place orders for software packages separately.
